Meet mechatronics engineer Ben Schaefer and his robot bartender "Carl". Carl was developed and built by Schaefer who runs a company for humanoid robots. Carl is able to prepare spirits for the mixing of cocktails at the Robots Bar and Lounge in the German town of Ilmenau.
He can also interact with customers in small, bite-size conversations.
We reckon every home should have a Carl...
